Johanna joined the UK Centre for Materials Education in June 2003. She has several years e-commerce experience working for the Shop! the Home Shopping Channel (a joint venture between Littlewoods Retail Ltd and Granada Media) where she managed the content and marketing of the Shop! website and interactive TV sites. Johanna holds a degree in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University and an MSc in e-Business Strategy and Systems from the University of Liverpool Management School.
