The Creative University Project is offering an opportunity for lecturers within Higher Education to attend a 4-day training course about creativity. The course will give an overview of a number of different approaches and techniques as well as attempting to contextualise these approaches within the HE environment. The course will be an opportunity to interact with other lecturers and disciplines as well as with experts in these various approaches.

The training course is scheduled to take place over a weekend - the 24th - 27th January 2003. There are limited places available (15) and if you would like to attend, please complete the application form below. On the basis of feedback from the course the techniques introduced will be further explored within HE by 5 volunteers selected from the course attendees. These will become project associates and will be given an extra two days of training in a specific creative approach. They will each be paid £2000, in exchange for which we will ask them to host 4 workshops during March with students, lecturers etc and to gather feedback on the relevance of the technique/approach to their particular discipline, all of which will feed into a set of guidelines which the project is producing.
