The UK Centre for Materials Education
has established a new scheme whereby departments or individuals can
bid for grants of up to £5000
to help them support initiatives that improve public awareness
of materials in the wider community at a national level, especially
in schools.

Over the last few months, the Centre has been developing a database
of Learning and Teaching Resources to be made available via the
Centre's
website. A pilot of the searchable database will be available shortly
and we'll be looking for your feedback.
